You may dial the Q Phone Pro and listen to both sides of the phone conversation.

If the Q Phone Pro sends or receives a message, you will automatically get a copy of that message showing the number the message was send to or received from.

That's not all, when the Q-Phone Pro is not in use; you may dial in and listen to the sounds in the vicinity of up to 35 feet radius of the Q-Phone Pro.
